The Adoptee Rights Coalition recently attended the National Conference of State Legislatures in Louisville, KY.  Lynn gives an update about the issues surrounding adopted people obtaining their original birth certificates.

Simone Biles credited adoption in a recent interview with Hoda where she stated, "If not for my parents and adoption, I would not be here today."  Lynn discusses the controversary surrounding that and shares opinions surrounding kinship adoption as a form of family preservation.
